How early can I arrive for my booking?
Doors open at the time of your scheduled booking. Please include setup and breakdown in the allotted rental booking.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday: 9:00am to 9:00pm.
Special concessions are available upon request and based on availability for after-hours or weekend events. Please email info@creativecornerstudiofl.com for more information.
Do I get any set-up Breakdown time?
Your set up and break down must be included in your rental block. Note: If you book a one-hour shoot with your client, we recommend a 2-hour block at the studio. Example: (15-30 setup, 1 hour shoot, 15-30 breakdown).
Currently only street parking is available. All guests will have to download the Park Mobile app to reserve parking. Parking ranges from $1-$2 per hour. Parking restrictions apply for 2 hour parking. Parking is free after 6pm.
Will someone be there to open up for me?
Yes, a member of our staff will open up for your rental and will be present during your scheduled time.
Will you guys help me during my shoot?
We like to have a hands-off approach to our rentals. Make sure you’ve got what you need and let you do your thing. If you need technical help during your session, (i.e setting up your camera, replicating a lighting setup, setting up lights.) We do offer an assistant option that you can add on during check out and then we’re able to assist during your rental.
Can I smoke inside the studio?
We are a non-smoking facility.
Do you guys allow glitter/confetti/ powder?
We do not allow any glitter, confetti, or powder in your studio.
We do not allow pets, service animals are allowed.
What If I need to reschedule my booking?
We do offer a one-time courtesy reschedule at no cost. We understand things happen. Please note, that rescheduling subject to availability.
Can I bring my own food/drinks to the studio?
Absolutely! We also have a fridge for guest use if you need to keep anything cold as well as a microwave to reheat.
Do you guys have a kitchen set?
Yes, we do have a kitchen/kitchen set for production use.
Do you guys have a fridge in the studio?
We do have a full size fridge / freezer for guest use.
Can I book longer than 10 hours?
Absolutely! Ask us about multiple day rates, we’ll take care of you. You can even leave stuff set up overnight if needed.
Does the space have a changing room/ changing area?
Yes, we do have a dedicated changing area or room. Most people change in the restroom.
What are the terms of use for the studio?
What are the rules of conduct?
- No smoking of any kind
- No vaping
- No outside alcohol (must obtain license and insurance)
- No glitter
- No body paint or body makeup on set furniture
- No open flames
- No food or drinks outside of the kitchen
- No shoes on the furniture
What is the cancellation policy?
Please be advised of our strict no-refund policy. Once a purchase or booking is made, it is final and non-refundable. However, we are pleased to offer gift certificates for the full value of your purchase or booking, which can be applied to any future content or event space reservation. This ensures that you can still enjoy our offerings at a later date.
