Doors open for your booking 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Please keep in mind that there may be a rental prior to attempting to load out.

Monday through Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday and Sunday: Closed on Weekends 

Special concessions available upon request and based on availability for after hours or weekend events. Please email for more information.

Your set up and break down time needs to be included into your rental block. We allow a 10 minute load-in / load-out time as a transition period between rentals. Note: If you book a one hour shoot with your client, we recommend a 2 hour block at the studio. Example: (15-30 setup, 1 hour shoot, 15-30 breakdown)

Currently only street parking is available. All guests will have to download the Park Mobile app to reserve parking. Parking ranges from $1-$2 per hour. Parking restrictions apply for 2 hour parking. Parking is free after 6pm.

Yes, a member of our staff will open up for your rental and will be present during your schedule time. We do not give out door codes unless it’s an emergency or unique situation.

We like to have a hands-off approach to our rentals. Make sure you’ve got what you need and let you do your thing. If you need technical help during your session, (i.e setting up your camera, replicating a lighting setup, setting up lights.) We do offer an assistant option that you can add on during check out and then we’re able to assist during your rental.

We are a non-smoking facility.

We do not allow any glitter, confetti, or powder in your studio. 

We do not allow pets, service animals are allowed.

  1. Anything more than 24-hour before your booking, we do offer a one-time courtesy reschedule at no cost. We understand things happen. Anything less than 12 hours prior to your booking or during your booking time, rescheduling is unavailable and you’re liable for the full amount.
  2. Rescheduling subject to availability.

Absolutely! We also have a fridge for guest use if you need to keep anything cold as well as a microwave to reheat.

Yes, we do have a kitchen/kitchen set for production use.

We do have a full size fridge / freezer for guest use.

Absolutely! Ask us about multiple day rates, we’ll take care of you. You can even leave stuff set up overnight if needed.

Yes, we do have a dedicated changing area or room. Most people change in the restroom.

What are the rules of conduct?
  • No smoking of any kind
  • No vaping
  • No outside alcohol (must obtain license and insurance)
  • No glitter
  • No body paint or body makeup on set furniture
  • No open flames
  • No food or drinks outside of the kitchen
  • No moving furniture without prior permission
  • No shoes on the furniture
  • No pets
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event starts time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 72 hours before the event starts time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 72 hours (3 days) before the Event start time are not refundable. We understand things happen! We are always open to working with our clients to ensure they have the best time and invest in their brand. When possible, we will work to accommodate rescheduling if you are beyond the cancellation period however the credit amount, timeline and rescheduling are subject to host discretion and not mandatory.
